実家に帰省していたので、時間を見つけてべーぐるさんぽ。

土地柄専ら米文化なので、パンはなかなか浸透しない地域だとは思っていたのですが、ついにベーグル専門店もできたようです。
(Because the rice culture exclusively locality, I had thought that's local bread does not penetrate easily, but the bagel shop also seems to be finally.)
ということで行ってみました。
(And I went with that.)
一番近そうなバス停で降りたものの、そこからも結構歩きます。
(I got off at the bus stop most plausible, but you can walk pretty well from there.)
工業高校の近くにあるお店、クローリックベーグルに行ってきました。
(Shops near the industrial high school, I went to Królik BAGEL.)
かわいらしい入り口です。
(It is a pretty entrance.)
お店に入ると店員さんが出てきてくれました。
(Upon entering the store, the clerk told me to come out.)
レジの横にベーグルが並んでいて、注文するととってくれるシステム。
(It is a system that bagels are lined next to the cash register, taking us when you order.)
レジ前には、ベーグル以外のパンも並びます。
(The pre-registration, bread bagel other than you list.)
写真も快くオッケーしてくれました。
(They wanted to do OK willingly also photography.)
１年位前からほそぼそと頑張ってますってお話してくれました。
(They wanted to do a story and I have been working hard and secretly from one years ago.)
買ったのは、クランベリーヨーグルトクリームチーズ、マンゴーヨーグルトクリームチーズ、チーズ×チーズの３種類。
(It was bought, three type of cranberry yogurt cream cheese, mango yogurt cream cheese, cheese × cheese.)
生地には、小麦粉だけではなく、ライ麦全粒粉も使っています。
(The dough is not only wheat flour, whole grain rye could also have been used.)
クランベリーは、生地に細かいドライクランベリーが練りこまれてあり、クリームチーズが中に巻き込まれています。
(Cranberry, fine dry cranberries have kneaded the dough, cream cheese has been embroiled in.)
ヨーグルトは、生地に練りこまれているのか、クリームチーズに混ぜ込まれているのかは分からず・・・。

クランベリーが細かすぎて存在感があまりなかったかなぁ。

マンゴーのほうも同じ。

リベイクしたらより美味しく食べれます。
