山形の中でも比較的昔から栄えてる場所にお店はあります。
(There are shops at a place where you are prospered from a relatively long time ago also in Yamagata.)
この辺りに高校の時、よく遊びに来たなぁ・・・。
(When the high school, and I wonder came to play well in this area.)
到着したのは、ボー・ジョンドブレというお店です。
(Had arrived, It is a shop called Beau champ de ble.)
白を基調とした清楚感のある外観です。
(It is the appearance that is neat and clean feeling tones and white.)
いつからできたお店なのかは不明。
(Unclear whether the shop from when it was possible.)
パンはいろんな種類が並んでいて、食べたいパンはほぼ高い確率で置いてある感じです。
(Various kinds is lined, bread want to eat is the feeling you have put a high probability almost bread.)
ベーグルも４種類ほどあります。
(There are about four kinds bagels.)
くるみベーグルと酒種あんぱんを購入。
(Buy saka-dane an-pan nd walnut bagel.)
くるみベーグルは、ベーグル特有のもちもち感は弱め。
(Walnut bagel, weakened glutinous sense of bagels specific.)
モントリオール式のベーグルに近い食感でした。
(It was close to the texture of Montreal bagels expression.)
酒種あんぱんは、大吟醸月山丸の酒種を使用しているとのことですが、ちょっとアルコール臭が強い感じがしました。
(Saka-dane an-pan is, as you said, that will be using the Saka-dane of Daiginjo Gassan-maru, but felt strong alcohol odor a little is now.)
中のあんこは、しっとり感がなくぽろぽろした印象。
(Bean paste during the impression that was flaky without feeling moist.)
ちょっと残念な結果に・・・。
(A little disappointing results･･･.)
他のパンは美味しいのかなぁ。
(Bread the other I wonder if delicious.)
前評判が良かっただけにちょっと期待はずれな感じでした。
(I felt a little disappointing previous reputation only was good.)
このあと放浪しながら、山形駅に向かったのでした。
(While wandering after this, it was headed to Yamagata Station.)
