時間があったので、べーぐるドライブ！！

以前行ってみたときは残念なことに定休日だったお店、ベーグルＳ＆Ｍへ。
(I went to the shops, to the bagel S & M was unfortunately regular holiday when I went earlier.)
実家からは一番近いベーグル専門店です。
(It is a bagel shop nearest from home.)
自衛隊駐屯地近くにあります。
(I am located in the Self-Defense Forces garrison nearby.)
自宅兼店舗って感じなお店。
(Shops feeling home-cum-shop.)
ＳとＭって読むそうです。
(It seems I read S and M.)
到着したら閉ってたので、またもやお休みか？と思ってた時に開店。
(Since I closed when you arrive, or day off once again? Opened when I took it for granted.)
１１時開店、土日定休日だそう。
(Opening 11:00, likely Saturday and Sunday's regular holiday.)
プレーンと全粒粉しかまだ並んでおらず・・・。
(Whole-wheat bagel and plain bagel only not side by side yet.)
でもこちらのお店は、ベーグルを選んで好きな具材をチョイスできるシステム。
(But shops here, systems that can choice your favorite ingredients to choose a bagel.)
もちろんベーグルのみを買うのもＯＫ！
(You buy only the bagels of course also OK!)
具材の種類がまぁ豊富なこと！！
(Types of ingredients is very rich thing!)
山形のだし、これは気になります。
(Dashi of Yamagata, there interested in this.)
店主の方もおすすめということでチャレンジ。
(Towards the shopkeeper also challenge that recommendation.)
全粒粉ベーグルに山形のだし、プレーンベーグルに黒豆きなこを組み合わせました。
(I have combination Dashi of Yamagata and whole-wheat bagel, a black bean flour and plain bagel.)
だしは、合わなくはないのだけど、もう少しだしのほうに味をつけてほしいなぁと思いました。
(Dashi is, I do not not match, but I thought it was and I want you to put a taste towards the Dashi little more.)
黒豆きなこは、香ばしい味わい。
(Black bean flour is, savory taste.)
生地は結構ソフト目ですが、サンドにするにはあまりもちもちしすぎると食べづらいのでこれくらいも
ありかと。
(Whether there is also so much so hard to eat soft fabric is fine, but it is too much to glutinous to sand.)
生地自体がちょっと味気ないので、もう少し何かパンチが欲しいなぁと思いました。
(I thought the fabric itself is a little insipid, and I could go punch to something a little more taste.)
ただ、お好みでカスタマイズできるので何度もお店に足を運ぶきっかけはできるのかなとも思いました。
(However, I was led to carry your feet on the shop many times also kana can because it gives you the power to customize to your liking.)
あまりベーグルというものが浸透していない土地柄、食べ方などをわかりやすくリーフレットにして置いてあるのには非常に好感が持てました。
(It was likable very is to is put in the leaflet clearly locality that thing bagel does not penetrate too much, and how to eat.)
地元で貴重なベーグル屋さん。

店主も非常に感じのいい方だったので、今後に期待したいと思います。
