待ち合わせまで時間があったのでもう一店行きました。

明治通りを恵比寿方面に歩いていきます。
(I will continue to walk to the Ebisu district Meiji street.)
渋谷というよりは恵比寿に近い位置にあります。
(It is at a position close to the Ebisu and rather than Shibuya.)
到着したのは、ふすまパン専門店のフスボンです。
(Arrived is the Fusubon of bran bread shop.)
ちょうど一か月前にオープンして話題になっていました。
(It had become a hot topic and is open for just one month before.)
低糖質で食物繊維も豊富ということで、ふすまを使ったパンが近年多く見られるようになりました。
(That dietary fiber is also called rich in the low carbohydrate, I have now seen many recent bread with bran.)
かわいらしい外観のお店に６種類ほど商品が並んでいました。
(Goods was arranged about six shops of pretty appearance.)
店員のお姉さんもとてもきれいな人でした。
(Woman clerk was also very beautiful person.)
当日食べない場合は冷凍品を渡されます。
(Passed the frozen product if you do not eat that day.)
プレーンとクランベリークリームチーズを購入。
(Buy a cranberry cream cheese and plain.)
何とも言えない食感です。
(Is indescribable mouthfeel.)
ある程度想像はしていたのですが、スポンジみたいな食感。（ケーキじゃないほうの）
(And I had to imagine a certain extent, mouthfeel like a sponge. (Whichever is not a cake))
食品表示見たら小麦タンパクが一番多く配合されているようで、つなぎの悪いふすま粉を無理やりつないだような印象でした。
(Wheat gluten seems to be formulated most when you see food labeling, it was impressive as you connect forcibly bran powder bad connection.)
ふすまを使うときに生地にはちみつを配合したりして、ふすまのクセをマスキングしたりするのですが、そういう感じでもなく、若干食べづらい印象でした。
(With or blended with honey to the dough when using bran, it is to or masking the peculiarity of bran, but without feeling like that, it was impressive that it is hard to eat a little.)
クランベリークリームチーズのほうは、クリームチーズが入っている分食べやすい印象はありましたが、クランベリーの存在感はほとんどありませんでした。

やはりふすまパンにおいしさを付与するのは難しいと再認識しました。

専門店っていうのなかなかないので、この先良くなることに期待します。
