週初めに体調不良で熱が出てしまい、久々にしんどかった。

海が見えるあたりに行こうということで、七里ヶ浜へ。

日本進出１号店ということで、開店当初はものすごい行列だったみたい。

この日は、遅めのランチだったのでほとんど待たずに入店できました。

ふんわりした生地に、リコッタチーズが練りこまれていて、チーズのコクも感じます。

フレッシュバナナとバターもいいアクセントで上品な味。

ただ半分くらい食べると若干食べるのが苦しくなるのがパンケーキ。
