６連勤の長い一週間を終え、貴重な週末はベーグル屋さんに行かなきゃということで、行ってまいりました。

今回は、月一回のみ工房で販売するお店。

最初電車で行こうとしていたのですが、車で連れて行ってくれるということで、ベーグルドライブ！！

電車だと京王線の山田駅が最寄りになる、ｃｏｎａ－ｃｏｙａへ。

先月は開店３０分で完売したということで、気合を入れて開店２０分前に到着。

先に一組のお客さんが待っていて、ちょこっとお話とかもできたので開店まですぐでした。

お店は一組しか入れないほどの小さなお店。あれ、ベーグルのスペルが・・・。

二番目に並んでいたおかげで、全種類選べました。

購入したのは、トマトバジルベーグル、ブルーベリーチーズベーグル、ごまおさつベーグル、マロンナッツベーグル、ごまあん栗ベーグル。

トマトバジルベーグルは、トマトとバジルの風味がちょうどいい生地にクリームチーズが入っています。

ブルーベリーチーズベーグルは、生地にはたっぷりのブルーベリーが練りこまれていて、それに相性抜群のクリームチーズ入り。

ごまおさつベーグルは、黒胡麻が練りこまれた香ばしい生地に、さつまいもあんが入っています。

マロンナッツベーグルは、ミックスナッツとマロングラッセが惜しみなく入っています。

季節限定メニューということでしたが、これがホント美味しくて、一番好みでした。

ごまあん栗ベーグルは、白ごまが入った生地に栗入りのこしあんが入っています。

生地は、表面がパリパリでクラムはふっくら。

商品は小ぶりですが、美味しさが凝縮されていてどれも美味しかったです。

一つ一つとても丁寧に作られているのが伝わるベーグルでした。
