都内出張の日。

午後からのミーティングのため、午前中がフリーだったので時間が許す限り市場調査をしました。
(For the meeting of the afternoon, I was as much market research that allows the time because in the morning was free.)
まずは、豪徳寺駅近くにありますユヌクレに行きました。
(First of all, I went to is close Gōtokuji Station uneclef.)
シンプルでかわいらしい外観です。

店名は控えめに書かれています。私の足が写っていてすみません。

あまり広くない店内には、ぎっしりと製品が並んでいます。
(In is not very widely-store, are lined with thickly to product.)
お店の人気商品のスコーンもきれいに並んでいます。
(Shop popular products scones also lined clean.)
マフィンやパンも可愛く並んでいます。
(Also muffins and bread are lined cute.)
デニッシュ類や惣菜パンはあまりありませんでした。
(Danish kind and Chip butty was not much.)
購入したのは、スコーンを３種類。
(It was purchased, 3 types of scones.)
黒糖と胡桃のスコーン、クランベリーとブルーベリーのスコーン、アールグレイのスコーン。
(Brown sugar and walnut scones, cranberry and blueberry scones, earl gray scones.)
どれもしっとりさっくりな生地、具材や風味もたっぷりでした。
(None moist Sakkuri fabrics, was plenty of ingredients and flavor.)
カラメルバナナと胡桃のマフィンは、完熟のバナナとしっとりした生地がバランスよかったです。
(Caramel banana and walnut muffins, is ripe banana and moist dough was good balance.)
さつまいもと塩豆のパンは、さつまいもダイスと塩豆がたっぷり入っています。
(Pan of sweet potato and salted beans is, contains plenty of sweet potato dice and salted beans.)
生地は見た目の印象と違ってソフトな食感でした。
(The dough was soft texture unlike impression of the look.)
そしてトロペジェンヌが美味しかった！！
(And Tropezienne was delicious! !)
この日はブルーベリージャムだったのですが、ブリオッシュ生地が歯切れがよくてとても美味しかったです。
(This day I was blueberry jam, but is brioche dough was very delicious crisp well.)
店内にイートインできるスペースがありますが、今はカフェとしてのメニューの提供は行っていないとのことでした。

早い時間から客足の絶えない人気店でした。
