青山ファーマーズマーケットに行ってまいりました。
(And I went to Aoyama Farmers Market.)
シュトーレンの食べ比べをはじめ、クリスマス企画も行われていたのですが、私は６３４ＢＡＧＥＬへ。
(Including than eat of Stollen, I had also done Christmas planning, but I to 634BAGEL.)
工房は幡ヶ谷にあるのですが、今はイベント出店や通販、デリバリー、予約制で週一回の工房販売を行っているお店です。
(Workshop is there to Hatagaya, but now it is a shop you are doing events opened and mail order, delivery, a weekly workshop sale by appointment.)
今回はタイミングよく来れたので、こちらのベーグルを購入。
(Since this time was come timely, Buy here bagels.)
昼頃に到着したのですが、結構売れてしまっていました。
(And I arrived around noon, but was incorrectly sold very well.)
並んでいた２種類を購入。
(Buy two types were lined.)
ベーグルタルティーヌイワシマサラ、オリーブ＆シードベーグル。
(Bagels tartine sardine masala, olive & seed bagels.)
イワシマサラは、ひよこ豆とイワシがたっぷりのった斬新な製品。
(Sardine masala is, innovative products that chick beans and sardines got on plenty.)
スパイシーな味わいで、ベーグルにイワシという組み合わせに驚きました。
(Spicy taste, I was surprised to combination of sardines in bagels.)
オリーブ＆シードベーグルは、オリーブとひまわりの種が入っていて、ローズマリーがトッピングされています。
(Olive & seed bagels, and contains the seeds of olive and sunflower, rosemary has been topping.)
私の好みになっちゃうのですが、あまり得意な味ではなかったです。
(My I become liking, but it was not a very good taste.)
オリーブは嫌いじゃないんですが、適量でいいかなぁと。
(Olive is I do not hate, but I wonder if the good in an appropriate amount.)
生地はホールウィート生地でしたが、もちもちというよりくちゃつく食感。もちろんリベイクしました。
(While the dough was a Whole Wheat fabric, texture, such as dumpling rather than sticky. Of course I was rebake.)
結構個性的なメニューが並んでいる印象でしたが、好きな人は好むベーグルなのではないでしょうか。
(Although quite unique menu was impressive in a row, favorite people prefer or would not than a bagel.)
