天気はいいものの、寒さは本格的でした。
(Although the weather is good, cold was earnest.)
電車を乗り継いで、西武線の八坂駅下車。
(While transfer the train, Yasaka Station and get off of Seibu line.)
シーズン中に戦場に向かう途中にいつも通るエリアでしたが、下りたのは初めて。
(It was always passing through the area on the way to the battlefield during the season, it's down was the first time.)
駅からすぐのところにあります、くころＣａｆｅへ。
(Is a short away from the station, to Kukoro Cafe.)
もともとはカフェだったのですが、業態を変更し、今はパンの販売のみを行っています。
(Originally it was a cafe, but to change the business category, now we are only selling of bread.)
ちょうどこの日がベーグルの日ということで、滅多にないチャンスと思い、行きました。
(Just the fact that this day of bagels day, I think that rare chance, I went.)
８種類のベーグルのほかに、スコーンもありました。
(8 kinds of bagels addition, there was also scones.)
チーズベーグル、オニオンベーコンベーグル、きなこベーグルを購入。
(Cheese bagels, onion bacon bagels, Buy soybean flour bagels.)
チーズベーグルは、表面にも中にもチーズが入っています。
(Cheese bagels, cheese contains even in on the surface.)
オニオンベーコンベーグルは、ベーコンビッツが練りこまれていて、オニオンの甘味や風味も感じられます。
(Onion bacon bagels, have been bacon bits prepared by incorporating, also felt onion of sweetness and flavor.)
きなこベーグルは、生地にきなこが練りこまれていて、表面にもきなこがかかっています。
(Soybean flour bagels, soybean flour is not kneaded the dough, soybean flour is taking on the surface.)
生地は弾力がしっかりしていて、小さいけれどぎゅっと詰まった感じがあります。
(Fabric you are firmly elasticity, there is small but tightly jammed feel.)
この日は１０時販売開始ということで、開店ぴったりに行ったのですが、すでに２組待ち。
(The day that the 10:00 sales start, but I went to the perfect opening, already two sets waiting.)
昼過ぎには完売してしまっている様子でした。
(It was how they've been sold out in the afternoon.)
食パンの日や日によって扱うジャンルが違うようです。
(Genre dealing by day and daily bread is a different way.)
