(It is a bagel shop that Fortune Bagels.)
道産小麦を中心に、地元や道内で採れた素材を使用したベーグルということです。
(Mainly in Hokkaido wheat, is that bagels using the material that was caught in the local and Hokkaido.)
プレーンベーグル、レーズンベーグル、チーズベーグル、ベーコンベーグル、キャラメルベーグル、胡麻チーズベーグル、甘納豆ベーグル、トレッカーズベーグル、ゲンバパン、全部で９個。
(Plain bagels, raisin bagels, cheese bagels, bacon bagels, caramel bagels, sesame cheese bagels, bagels Amanatto, trekker's bagels, Genba-bread, nine in total.)
生地はホントにシンプルで、小麦の味が味わえます。
(The fabric is in really simple, you can enjoy the taste of wheat.)
素材そのものの味が活きている、そんなベーグルでした。
(Taste of the material itself is alive, it was such a bagel.)
旧友の計らいを無駄にしないよう、今後に生かしていきたいです。
