代々木上原駅で下車し、お店まで５分くらい歩きました。
(Get off at Yoyogi-Uehara Station, and walked about 5 minutes to shops.)
先月２０日にオープンしたばかりのお店、そらとくもとに来ました。
(Shop just opened last month on the 20th, I came to sorato-kumoto.)
この場所でのベーグル屋さんは、入れ替わってこれで３店目。
(Bagel shop in this location, this 3 shops th interchanged.)
手作り感がある看板もいいですね！
(Also sounds good sign that there is a sense of handmade!)
シンプル系のものが３種類。
(Are three types of things simple type.)
サンド系が２種類並んでいました。
(Sand type had lined up two types.)
豆乳仕込みのプレーンベーグル、シナモンレーズンベーグル、赤ルバーブジャムとクリームチーズのベーグルサンド。
(Soy milk charged plain bagels, cinnamon raisin bagels, bagels sand of red rhubarb jam and cream cheese.)
豆乳仕込みのプレーンベーグルは、生地がもちもち。
(Plain bagel of soy milk is charged, the dough is glutinous.)
豆乳独特の風味があって、シンプルなんだけどそのままで十分美味しく食べれます。
(There is soy milk distinct flavor, it is eaten enough delicious as it is but I simple do.)
シナモンレーズンベーグルは、また違った生地のもちもち感。
(Cinnamon raisin bagels, also different glutinous feel of the fabric.)
シナモンはそんなに強くないので、シナモンが苦手な人でも問題ないと思います。
(Because cinnamon is not so strong, I think cinnamon is no problem even in weak people.)
赤ルバーブジャムとクリームチーズのベーグルサンドは、全粒粉の生地の弾力がインパクト大！！
(Red rhubarb bagel sand of jam and cream cheese, whole grain of the fabric of elasticity is big impact! !)
赤ルバーブジャムは、甘味と酸味がバランスよく、クリームチーズとは相性抜群！！

お店はもともと八ヶ岳のほうにあり、こちらは支店になります。
(Shop is originally towards the Yatsugatake, here is the branch office.)
代々木上原店が定休日の時は、八ヶ岳の店舗のほうに行ってらっしゃるということで、明日の営業後に八ヶ岳のほうに向かうそうです。
(When Yoyogi Uehara shop is closed on the date, that it is that go towards the store of Yatsugatake, seems headed toward the Yatsugatake after tomorrow's open.)
今年は昨年のような大雪にならないといいですね、なんて会話も弾みました。
(It is good to is not to heavy snow like last year this year, and conversation was also momentum.)
ご夫婦でやられているお店で、とっても素敵な方々でした。
