北陸新幹線開業記念の催事が、新宿高島屋で行われていましたので、最終日に行ってまいりました。

久々の新宿。

今回の狙いは、富山発祥のベーグル専門店、とべーぐるです。
(The aim of this time, is the Toyama birthplace of bagel shop, To-bagel.)
通販も行っているのですが、今回は通販で取り扱わない商品や季節限定商品も並ぶということで行ってまいりました。
(Mail order and I also have done, but this time we have done in that line up also goods and seasonal products that are not handled by mail order.)
１０種類ほどのベーグルが並んでおります。
(10 kinds of bagels as it is arranged.)
富山県産のコシヒカリの米粉を使用したベーグルとのことです。
(It is that of a bagel with rice flour of Koshihikari of Toyama Prefecture.)
購入したものは、クランベリーカシューナッツベーグル、スイートポテトベーグル、昆布ベーグル、抹茶大納言ベーグル、富山産小松菜＆カリカリベーコンベーグル。
(Those purchased, cranberry cashew nuts bagels, sweet potato bagels, bagels kelp, green tea Dainagon bagels, Toyama production komatsuna & crispy bacon bagels.)
クランベリーカシューナッツベーグルは、クランベリーの酸味とカシューナッツの食感が楽しめました。
(Cranberry cashew nuts bagels, enjoyed sour and cashew nuts texture of cranberry.)
スイートポテトベーグルは、一番人気の商品。
(Sweet potato bagel, the most popular products.)
さつまいもの自然な甘さが良くて、あんも中にたくさん入っていました。
(Well the natural sweetness of the sweet potato, had entered a lot during the sauce also.)
昆布ベーグルは、ホントに昆布そのものの味。
(Kelp bagels, taste of kelp itself really.)
抹茶大納言ベーグルは、抹茶生地の程よい渋みとあずきの甘さのバランスがグッド。
(Matcha Dainagon bagels, good balance of sweetness modestly astringency and red bean of green tea dough.)
富山産小松菜＆カリカリベーコンベーグルは、ベーコンはそこまでカリカリではなかったけれど、小松菜入りの生地と相性良かったです。
(Toyama production komatsuna & crispy bacon bagels, bacon but was not crisp up there, it was good compatibility and fabric komatsuna filled.)
生地も青臭さもなく、食べやすいです。
(Dough also grassy smell without any, I am easy to eat.)
米粉入りの生地は、米粉独特のもちもち感。
(Rice flour containing fabrics, rice flour unique sticky feeling.)
米粉の風味もしっかり感じられるベーグルでした。
(Flavor of rice flour also was firmly felt bagels.)
地産池消、地元の素材や特産を使った商品づくりにはとても興味を持ちました。
(Consumption local production pond, we have very interested in creating products that use local materials and specialty.)
また催事で近くに来た時は、今回食べなかった味のものも食べてみたいです。
