美味しいランチのあとは、練馬駅方面に向かって歩きました。

地味に盛り上がりました！！

こだわりベーグルのお店です。

開店時間がちょっと遅めです。
(Opening time is a little late.)
開店早々は、スイート系の商品しか並ばないということで、いろいろなメニューが並ぶ１４時半を狙って来店しました。
(Opening early, it that it does not line up only sweet type products, was coming to a store aimed at the 14:30 that various menu lined.)

購入したものは、きなこあんこクリームチーズベーグル、あらびきウインナーベーグル、海苔チーズベーグル、さつまいもベーグル、じゃがバターベーグル。

きなこあんこクリームチーズベーグルは、きなこを練りこんだ生地に、粒あんとクリームチーズが入っています。
(Soybean flour bean paste cream cheese bagels, the dough is kneaded the soy flour, it contains the grain bean jam and cream cheese.)
生地はきなこの風味がしっかりしていて、表面にきなこをまぶしたものより食べやすくていいです。

粒あんとクリームチーズの相性は、もはや神の領域です！！
(Grain bean jam and compatibility of cream cheese, is no longer the God of the area! !)
あらびきウインナーベーグルは、中にジューシーなウインナーと粒マスタード、マヨネーズ、ケチャップが入っていて、間違いないおいしさ。
(Grits sausage bagels, it contains juicy wiener and grain mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup is in, taste no doubt.)
海苔チーズベーグルは、青さ海苔が練りこまれた生地に、海苔の佃煮とチーズが入っています。
(Seaweed cheese bagel, dough blue seaweed was kneaded, it contains glue of boiled and cheese.)
すごい意外な組み合わせですが、意外と美味しいです。
(Wow is a surprising combination, but it is surprisingly tasty.)
甘さとしょっぱさのある海苔の佃煮にチーズがこんなに合うとは！！

さつまいもベーグルは、黒ゴマを練りこんだ生地にさつまいもペーストが入っています。
(Sweet potato bagels, contains the sweet potato paste dough kneaded the black sesame seeds.)
さつまいもペーストは、熊本県産紅はるかを使用しており、優しい甘さでたっぷり入っていました。
(Sweet potato paste, which uses a much Kumamoto Prefecture Beniharuka, had plenty of gentle sweetness.)
じゃがバターベーグルは、ブラックペッパーが練りこまれた生地に、じゃがバターが入っています。
(Potatoes butter bagels, the dough that black pepper is kneaded, potatoes contains butter.)
じゃがバターは、マッシュポテト状になっており、バターの風味はそこまで強くないけれど、甘味が効いていました。
(Potatoes butter, has become a mashed potato-like, but the flavor of butter not strong up there, sweetness had become accent.)
生地は全体的にソフトなタイプです。
(Fabric is overall soft type.)
ボリュームがあるので、トータルバランスで見ると、これくらいのソフトさのほうが具材とのバランスや一つ食べての満足感が適度なのかなと思います。
(Because there is a volume, in terms of total balance, I think if more of this much softness might moderate the satisfaction of eating balance and one of the ingredients.)
前回は、惣菜系が買えなかったので、今回はいろいろ食べれて良かったです。
