渋谷に用事があって来たのでちょっくらさんぽ。
(Since came had errands to Shibuya a little walk.)
月曜定休日のお店が結構多くて、久々にゴントランシェリエに来てみました。
(With shops quite a lot of Monday regular holiday, I tried to come to GONTRAN CHERRIER after a long time.)
店内に入ると今日もたくさんパンが並んでいます。
(Also lined up a lot of bread today When you enter the store.)

看板商品のモンブランもあります。

彩りきれいなパン。

今は抹茶のフェアのようでした。

購入したものは、イカ墨バケット、クロワッサン・オ・シャンボン、モンブラン。
(What was purchased, squid ink bucket, croissant-au-Chambon, Mont Blanc.)
イカ墨バケットは、見た目のインパクトが強烈です。
(Squid ink bucket, appearance of the impact is intense.)
表面に黒ごまがトッピングされていて、より香ばしさをプラスしています。
(Black sesame have been topping the surface, I am plus a more aroma.)
独特な後味が特徴で、魚介系の具材と相性がいいパンです。
(A unique aftertaste features, ingredients and chemistry of seafood type is is a good bread.)
クロワッサン・オ・シャンボンは、言わばクロワッサンのクロックムッシュ。
(Croissant au Chambon is, so to speak croissants Croque monsieur.)
サクサクのクロワッサンと濃厚なホワイトソース、ハムがとてもリッチにまとまっていました。
(Croissant and a rich white sauce of crunchy, Ham had together very rich.)
モンブランは実は食べたことがなかったので購入。

デニッシュ生地は、サクサクで油っぽさもなく、中のマロンクリームが絶品でした。

マロンの粒感あり、洋酒がほんのり効いていてとてもおいしかったです。

全体的に値段は若干高めです。
(Overall price is slightly higher.)
今では店舗数も増えて買いやすくなったお店ですが、味のほうは安定してました。
(Now it is is a shop that has become easier to buy also increased the number of stores, more of the taste was stable.)
