元町・中華街駅から中華街方面に向かい、中華街エリアに入る手前にあるお店、のり蔵にも行きました。

店内に入ると、どことなく中華街の雰囲気も漂っていました。

まずは、のり丸。

もちもち食感の生地に青さ海苔が練りこまれており、、磯の風味が抜群。
(Glutinous mouthfeel of blue of seaweed have kneaded the dough, iso of flavor is outstanding.)
小さいサイズだから手軽に買えて、食べやすいです。
(Instead with ease Because it is small size, it is easy to eat.)
他に購入したものは、ゴルゴンゾーラ、塩バター、しらすと海苔のクロックムッシュ。

ゴルゴンゾーラは、紅茶葉を練りこんだ生地にゴルゴンゾーラとはちみつを巻き込んだもの。
(Gorgonzola are those involving gorgonzola and honey dough kneaded tea leaves.)
紅茶葉の風味はそれほど強くないものの、程よい弾力があります。
(Although tea flavor of the leaves is not so strong, there is a reasonable elasticity.)
はちみつの甘さがしっかり効いていたのですが、ゴルゴンゾーラよりも風味が勝ってしまっていたのは残念。
(I sweetness of honey had worked firm, but it is a pity that had gotten won flavor than the gorgonzola.)
塩バターは、ひきのある生地で表面はバターが溶けてジューシー。
(Salt butter, surface fabric with a resilient melted butter juicy.)
バターの風味はそこまで強くないですが、程よい塩気が食欲を増進してくれました。
(Flavor of butter is not as strong up there, but reasonable salty gave me an appetite.)
しらすと海苔のクロックムッシュは、ホワイトソースとしらすと海苔がサンドされ、表面にチーズがトッピングされています。
(Shirasu and seaweed clock Monsieur, the white sauce and shirasu and seaweed is sand, cheese has been topping the surface.)
しらすの塩気が効いており、今までにない和風のクロックムッシュ。

食パンもふんわりしており美味しかったです。
