購入したものは、ブリオッシュクリームパン、アンチョビオリーブ、ゴルゴンゾーラとくるみパン。

ブリオッシュクリームパンは美味しいとおすすめしてもらったので購入しました。

生地は軽い食感で、手炊きのカスタードクリームが絶品。

濃厚でとろっと口の中で溶けます。

今まで食べたカスタードクリームパンの中でも上位に入るおいしさ。

アンチョビオリーブは、見た目につられてチョイス。
(Choice anchovy olives, hung to the eye.)
アンチョビの風味や塩気とオリーブがシンプルに美味しかったです。

ゴルゴンゾーラとくるみパンは、間違いない組合せ。
(Combination gorgonzola and walnut bread, no doubt.)
ゴルゴンゾーラの香りがしっかり出ていて、独特な風味も健在。

生地は思ったよりソフトだったけど、ゴルゴンゾーラとくるみの組み合わせはやはり裏切らないですね。
(But the dough was soft than I thought, I combination of Gorgonzola and walnut is not still betrayed.)
お店自体は小さなお店でしたが、パンはどれも美味しく満足できました。

桃が美味しい季節ですね。
