一か月くらい前にオープンしたばかりのお店、ＡＢＵＭＩです。

桜田通り沿いに看板が立っていました。

看板が立っている横の小道を入っていくとお店がありました。

店内には入らずに、買うシステム。
(To not enter the store, buy the system.)
しっかり屋根があるので、雨の日でも大丈夫でした。
(Since the firm there is a roof, it was okay even on rainy days.)

もちろんベーグル狙いです。

くるみ生地のものや惣菜パンが結構多くありました。

ベーグルは結構個性的なフレーバーが並んでいました。

購入したものは、味噌ベーグル、たらこベーグル。

味噌ベーグルは、味噌とネギとチーズが中に入っています。

味噌の香ばしさとチーズのコクがバランスよかったです。

ネギが入ることで和風感が出ていました。

塩味はそこまで強くなかったので良かったです。

たらこベーグルは、表面にも中にもたらことチーズがありました。

たらこの風味は香りほど強くないですが、生臭さもなく食べやすいです。

生地は全粒粉入りのようで、ひきは強くないものの、もちもち感がありました。

試食用でくるみ生地のパンをもらいました。

素朴な風味の生地に、くるみが練りこまれていて、くるみの食感が良かったです。

ひきは弱めでした。

大通りの裏にひっそりと佇むパン屋さんですが、店員さんも気さくにお話していただいたり、雰囲気の良いお店でした。

この後どこか回るんですかと聞かれ、歩いて白金まで行きますと答えたら、少し驚かれました。

逆に白金くらいの距離でまだよかったです。
