(Pain aux fruits rouge 2014)
カシューナッツ、ピスタチオ、くるみ、レーズン、サルタナレーズン、カレンズ、クランベリー、サンマスカットレーズン、インカベリー、オレンジピール、いよかんピールが練りこまれており、水を一切使わず、山葡萄果汁のみで仕込んだ贅沢なパン。
(Cashew nuts, pistachios, walnuts, raisins, sultanas raisins, currants, cranberries, San Muscat raisins, Inca berry, orange peel, and kneaded is iyokan peel, without water at all, luxury bread was charged in only Vitis coignetiae juice.)
見た目の通りフルーツとナッツがたっぷり入っています。

ナッツの食感がよく、ベリー系の酸味と柑橘系の酸味がいいアクセントになっています。
(Good texture of nuts, sour taste of acidity and citrus berry has become a good accent.)
生地はしっとり感が半端なく、山葡萄果汁のフルーティーで贅沢な味わいが感じられます。

いちじく、クランベリー、サルタナレーズン、桃、日向夏ピール、バニラビーンズ、シナモンを練りこんだパン。
(Figs, cranberries, sultanas raisins, peaches, sunny summer peel, bread kneaded vanilla beans, cinnamon.)
いちじくの割合が多いのもあって、いちじくの食感がとてもいいです。

セイジ、タイム、フェンネル、ローズマリー、黒こしょうが効いたスパイシーな生地に、チーズとセミドライトマトが練りこまれたパン。

購入するときに、辛みのあるパンですけど大丈夫ですかと聞かれたのですが、そこまで辛くはなかったです。
