本日朝一子供の予防接種だったので、終わった後に近所で一番オシャレなパン屋さんに行きました。

開店一番乗りで来店。

もちろん、先日よりは品ぞろえは多い！！
(Of course, assortment than the other day are many! !)
惣菜パンも結構ありました。
(Chip butty also there was fine.)
来月のパンフェスにも出店します。
(Also opening next month of Pan festival.)
リーズナブルなパンもあります。
(There is also a reasonable bread.)
ちょうど焼きたてのパンも登場。
(Just freshly baked bread also appeared.)
野菜のタルティーヌ。
(Tartine of vegetables.)
野菜は季節によって変わるそうです。
(Vegetables is so vary depending on the season.)
見た目も綺麗です。

バケットはカリカリで香ばしく、ソースが絶品！！
(Bucket is fragrant with crisp, the source is a rarity! !)
ソースの正体は見抜けなかったけど、パンと野菜をうまく繋いでいて、全体的に美味しく仕上がっていました。

低温長時間発酵のカンパーニュ生地に、さつまいもと黒ごまを練りこんでます。
(In Campagne fabric of low temperature for a long time fermentation, it is kneaded with sweet potato and black sesame.)
生地はクラストはパリパリで香ばしく、全体的に軽い食感です。
(The dough crust is fragrant with crisp, but, generally light texture.)
さつまいもの甘さと黒ごまの香ばしさが、生地にさらに旨みを付与していました。
(Sweetness and aroma of black sesame sweet potato is, had been granted a further flavor to the dough.)
アールグレイベーグル。
(Earl Grey bagels.)
リベイクするとクラストサクサクの食感。
(Texture of the crust crisp when rebake.)
紅茶の風味はあまり強くなく、プレーンベーグル同様ベーグル感は弱め。
(Tea flavor is not very strong, plain bagel same bagel feeling weakened.)
でもベーグル苦手な人には食べやすいベーグルです。
(But bagels are in poor people easy to bagels to eat.)
マロン。

クロワッサンに栗の渋皮煮が一個トッピングされています。
(Astringent skin of chestnut boiled has been one topping to croissants.)
生地はさっくりしっとり。

中にダマンド生地やカスタードが入っているともっと美味しかったかも。
(It is was more delicious and Damando fabrics and custard is in the in.)

レーズンを練り込んだ生地に、ゴーダチーズクリームが入っています。
(The dough is kneaded the raisins, it contains the Gouda cheese cream.)
レーズンの甘みとチーズクリームの塩味が絶妙。
(Exquisite salty raisins of sweetness and cheese cream.)
クリームたっぷりだけど、１００円という価格も嬉しい！

桜餡とこしあんが入ったキューブ型のパン。

表面には桜の塩漬けがトッピングされています。

本日発売の季節のキューブあんぱん。

桜の塩気が効いていて、春を感じる美味しいあんぱんでした。
